To participate in the Granfondo Milan-San Remo cicloturistica, membership in a cycling federation affiliated to the UCI is mandatory. Alternatively, you can order an FCI day license.
Italian and foreign cyclists who do not have a card or license issued by one of the organizations listed can buy a FCI day license issued at registration on our website.

It is obligatory to present a recent competitive sports medical certificate a day before the race, one that has been issued not more than 6 months prior to the event. In the case of non-compliance with this requirement, it will not be possible to take part in the race.
THE COMPETITIVE SPORTS MEDICAL CERTIFICATE must be completed strictly on an ASL form and must state:
- the details of the athlete
- description of the type of sport for which the medical appointment was requested: CYCLING
- certification by the sports physician that THE ATHLETE, ON THE BASIS OF THE MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND RELATED CHECKS, DOES NOT PRESENT ANY RELEVANT CONTRA-INDICATIONS TO PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT
The SPORTS MEDICAL CERTIFICATE must be compiled by a sports physician on the basis of the form that can be downloaded from the following link : MILAN SAN REMO MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (form valid only for foreign cyclists).
Do not forget to bring the original of the sports medical certificate with you on the day of distribution of the race packs.
