REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENT

You can subscribe to the Granfondo Milan – San Remo Cicloturistica exclusively online by clicking on “REGISTER” and following the procedure indicated.

 

STARTING GRIDS

  • Grid 1: those registered GOLD (maximum 200)
  • Grid 2: team partners officials of the event
  • Grid 3 and those following registered SILVER

Registration Fee  SILVER

  • € 60.00 per person, with the souvenir T-shirt included in the fee,
  • until 31 March
    only with online method and payment by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal
  • € 65.00 per person, with the souvenir T-shirt included in the fee,
  • until 30 April
    only with online method and payment by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal
  • € 65.00 per person, without the souvenir T-shirt
    until 31 May
    only with online method and payment by credit card or Paypal
  • € 75.00 per person, without the souvenir T-shirt
    by presenting oneself on the site the day before the race and paying in cash 

Fixed Costs:

  • € 200 for online administration costs
  • € 3.00 for administration costs the day before the race

The possession of a passport or a valid license issued by the Cycling Federation of your own nation or a sports promotion agency recognized by the Italian National Council for Amateur Cycling Activities, is a mandatory requirement.

Alternatively you can order a FCI day card from the website, by April 30.

Do not forget to bring your passport / license on the day of the issue of the race packs.

Deadline for registration with day card: 30 April.

Deadline for registration with membership card: 31 May.

Bank charges are to be considered entirely charged to the customer.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Register on the system as an individual or as a team

  2. Choose the product “REGISTRATION”

  3. Fill in all the required sections

  4. Indicate the details of the membership card (license) of your society or choose the daily card (license) and supply the other information requested

  5. Click on “add” to enter the registration in the shopping cart

  6. If you wish you can proceed to enter other registrations, book a hotel, book transfers, acquire travel insurance or purchase merchandise

  7. Proceed to check-out

Choose the method of payment with Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer

Attention: if your credit card payment is not concluded successfully with your bank, you must not enter a new order.

1. Click on “Account Details” in the User Menu
2. Click on your order
3. Click on the link to repeat the payment
In case you want to change the method of payment, send us an email message and we will do it.

VERIFICATION OF PAYMENT

  1. Login to the system by entering your credentials (username e password)
  2. Click on the link Start Number in the User menu.

You will see the important data of your registration (name, team, membership card, size, gender) and payment status. The race number will be assigned as the verification of your documents is completed, from the month of January.

TIMETABLE FOR CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

  • Registration with payment by credit card via the banking gateway SETEFI and with Paypal are confirmed immediately, provided that payment is successful.

  • Registration with payment by bank transfer is confirmed as soon as our administration verifies the arrival of the bank transfer in our bank account. Checking is carried out on a weekly basis. Therefore we would ask you to expect this to take a few days.

CHANGES TO REGISTRATION

  • If you wish to change any details such as the name of the team, the card number or the size of the T-shirt all you have to do is send an email to the website.

  • The registration charge is not refundable under any circumstances. However up until one month before the race you can request the organisation to credit your payment towards next year’s race.

  • Substitutions of athletes is never allowed.

 

 RACE NUMBER ASSIGNMENT

Race numbers will be assigned from the month of January, after athletes documents have been verified.

  1. Login to the system by entering your credentials (username e password)
  2. Click on “Send documents” (in the UPLOAD menu)
  3. Fill the form and send the copy of the required documents:
    • copy of membership card or license valid for 2016
    • or the competitive sport medical certificate, if you bought a daily card.

The organization will verify all documents and will proceed to assign your race number.

VERIFICATION OF THE RACE NUMBER 

  1. Login to the system by entering your credentials (username e password)
  2. Click on “Race Number” (in the User menu)
