Below are reported the reservation policies applied in the event of cancellation request of one or more of the following products bookable through our website.<\/p>\n

REGISTRATION – Cancellation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Registration for the event is not refundable.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation by April 30, a voucher will be issued allowing registration for the next edition of the race with a discount of 50%.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation after May 1st, the registration fee will not be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

Cancellation requests must be forwarded via email.<\/p>\n

REGISTRATION\u00a0 – substitutions<\/strong><\/h4>\n

It is possible to request a substitution by 30 April via email<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There will be a surcharge of \u20ac 25.00 to cover the costs of manual handling of the request.<\/p>\n

DAY LICENCE<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Deadline for registration with day license: April 30.<\/p>\n

Day licenses must be ordered at the time of registration.<\/p>\n

In the case of requesting a day license subsequent to registration (and in any case before the end of April) there will be a surcharge of \u20ac 5.00 to cover the costs of manual handling of the request.<\/p>\n

It will not be possible to pay for the day license when collecting the race pack.<\/p>\n

HOTEL – reservation of a hotel<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Please read carefully the “Terms of the contract for the sale of touristic packages and services” given at the foot of the page. Here we remind you briefly of the cancellation penalities:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • up to 40 calendar days before the start: 0%;<\/li>\n
  • 39-28 calendar days prior to the start: 25%;<\/li>\n
  • 27-15 calendar days prior to the start: 50%;<\/li>\n
  • 14-8 calendar days prior to the start: 75%;<\/li>\n
  • within 7 calendar days prior to the start: 100%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In every instance there will be a service charge of \u20ac 20.00 for a partial cancellation or \u20ac 40.00 for total cancellation.<\/p>\n

    Early Booking Rate<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The early booking rate is applicable to reservation that are placed and fully paid by January 31st. The early booking rate is not refundable, whether it is used or not, for any reasons.<\/p>\n

    TRANSFERS<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    Autobus from San Remo to Milan<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    Bus reservation policy is the following:<\/p>\n

    • Bus for Sunday, ore 8:00 pm\u00a0and monday at 9:30 am\n
        \n
      • non refundable, in any case, even if not used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Autobus from Milan to San Remo<\/strong> (accompanying friends and family)<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Bus for Sunday, at 8:00am\n
            \n
          • free cancellation up to 31 March<\/li>\n
          • 100% penalty for cancellations out of terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            AIRPORT TRANSFERS<\/strong><\/h5>\n

            In case of flight delays of over one hour, there will be an extra service charge, payable directly to the driver in cash.<\/p>\n

            DOOR TO DOOR BAGAGE SERVICE<\/strong><\/h4>\n

            The transport of luggage must be arranged in advance online.
            \nA label in A4 form can be printed from the system – this should be attached to the bag in such a way that staff members will be able to identify the bag and the hotel it is being delivered to.
            \nOnce the bag has been identified in this way it should be left in the lobby of the affiliated hotel in Milan, and it will be delivered to the affiliated hotel in San Remo.
            \nIn order to guarantee the efficient management of luggage, it will not be possible to take care of luggage belonging to those who have not booked their hotel on the official site.<\/p>\n

            REFUND<\/strong><\/h4>\n
