voor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alle buitenlandse wielrenners die in orde zijn met hun licentie van de Wielerbond van hun eigen land, voorbehouden dat deze erkend is door de UCI.<\/li>\n<li>Alle wielrenners
