Om deel te nemen aan de Milaan-San Remo Amatori wielermarathon, is lidmaatschap van een wielerfederatie die toebehoort tot de UCI verplicht. Indien dit niet het geval is, kunt u een FCI daglicentie aanvragen.<\/h3>\n

Italiaanse en buitenlandse wielrenners die geen lidkaart of licentie hebben die uitgegeven wordt door \u00e9\u00e9n van de opgesomde organisaties, kunnen bij de registratie op onze website een FCI daglicentie kopen.<\/p>\n

BUITEN ITALIE<\/h4>\n

Het MEDISCH SPORTCERTIFICAAT moet uitgereikt worden door een sportarts aan de hand van het formulier dat gedownload kan worden via onderstaande link<\/p>\n

COMPETITIVE SPORTS MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FORM AND ETHICAL DECLARATION <\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

(formulier enkel geldig voor buitenlandse wielrenners).<\/em><\/p>\n

Vergeet niet het originele medisch certificaat voor sport mee te brengen op de dag van de verdeling van de wedstrijdpakketten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Het is verplicht om uiterlijk een dag voor de wedstrijd een recent medisch certificaat voor wedstrijdsporten te overleggen.<\/p>\n

Het certificaat mag niet meer dan 6 maanden voor de wedstrijd uitgegeven zijn.<\/p>\n

In het geval dat er niet aan deze regelgeving wordt voldoen, zal het niet mogelijk zijn om deel te nemen aan deze wedstrijd.<\/p>\n
